- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 11 years in over four different states. First time being mistreated by a branch. How unprofessional it is that a teller walks away from the window when you drive up without telling you that someone will be right with you OR even one moment I will be right with you. The drive-thru is to be of convenience to the customers. I waited in the drive-thru after already sending my deposit slip through the shoot for almost 2 minutes. Unacceptable!
